Orders
You can order 24 hours a day by emailing us or you can call our phone number 01244 956300 between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Once the order has been confirmed, no further changes can be made as it will be put into production. In the case of a cancellation, all already decorated garments, set ups and artworks must be paid for in full with any undecorated garments to be credited minus a 20% restocking fee.

Samples/Plain Garments

Darts Chester offer a sample service for you to examine the goods for quality, size and colour. Sample garments must be paid for in full before collection or delivery. This charge will then be offset as a credit note for use against future orders only. The garments not being used in the order itself will be credited minus a 20% restocking fee. We will only credit for sample garments if they are returned within 14 days in the original packaging, folded as supplied and ready for resale and we reserve the right to deny a return if these standards are not met.

Payment
We currently accept payment via VISA Debit, VISA Credit, BACS, cheque and cash.

VAT
All adult sizes and application services are subject to VAT ruling at time of delivery. All child sizes are zero-rated. Certain larger children’s sizes may be VAT applicable – see our catalogue for details.

Collection
You may collect your order from our premises on Tarvin Road, A51 between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri.

Delivery
All garments should be paid for in full before delivery, including the delivery charge.
Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the Purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery. All shortages, damage or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
The couriers proof of delivery and a delivery note where the goods have been signed as unchecked, short or damaged as appropriate must support claims for shortages or non-delivery. By arrangement all deliveries should be carefully checked-in to ensure correct garments are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or short deliveries. Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.

Price
Darts Chester Ltd retains the right to change prices, carriage costs and specification without prior notification.

Returns
Darts Chester Ltd does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds and all sales are final due to personalisation of product, unless faulty. Plain, undecorated garments, will be credited minus a 20% restocking fee. We will only credit for returned undecorated garments if they are returned within 14 days in the original packaging, folded as supplied and ready for resale and we reserve the right to deny a return if these standards are not met. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of sale.

Artwork GuidelinesTo avoid unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation, please ensure you provide artwork in high resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS or AI files. Should your artwork need editing or changing into a vector file, please note that there will be a £20 +VAT artwork alteration charge incurred.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions approved by you, which are not brought to our attention prior to production. Please be aware that typing errors do occur therefore all spellings, colours and numbers should be thoroughly checked.
Master files are not included within the design set-up fee. 2 amendments are included in the set-up process and any further changes will incur further fees. Ownership of all artwork files created by Darts Chester Ltd remains with Darts Chester Ltd. An additional release fee of £50 +VAT will be applicable upon request of release of file.

Specification
Sizes, measurements and descriptions of goods are for guidance only and the company cannot guarantee absolute consistency of size, material, proportion, colour or shade. All products supplied should be washed or cleaned strictly in accordance with the washing instructions provided on the garment label. Darts Chester Ltd will accept no responsibility if instructions are not followed precisely. While every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour and shades, variation may occur from one dye batch to another and Darts Chester Ltd will accept no responsibility for such variation.

Summary
Only contracts signed by a Director of Darts Chester Ltd will be binding on the company. All transactions are subject to Darts Chester Ltd’s full terms and conditions of sale. Mistakes are possible. All goods should be checked upon receipt, as worn, washed or altered goods cannot be returned. All colours and sizes detailed or illustrated are for guidance only. Some colour icons are not true representation of their appearance. We would always recommend samples of goods be obtained in advance of orders being placed (please see our Samples section above).
