1. How do I place an order?
You can order online, email us, call, or come into our showroom to speak to us in person.
2. Can I come in and speak to you in person?
Yes! We have a large showroom with a variety of garments for you to see. If you have specific garments you’d like to look at, please let us know 24 hours beforehand. We’ll have them ready for you to see, feel, and try on, and we’re happy to discuss your designs face-to-face.
3. Where is Darts Chester located?
We’re on the A51, next to the Esso (formerly BP) petrol station. Free parking is available right outside our door.
4. What are your opening hours?
Our offices are open 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed and is in production, we are unable to cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible for guidance.
6. How do I add my logo or design to an item?
Adding personalisation is easy. Click the purple "Personalise Product" button on the item and follow the steps provided.
7. What is the minimum order for embroidery or printing?
We can cater for both small teams and large orders. Minimums vary depending on garment type — just ask us and we’ll advise.
8. How long does it take to get my branded workwear?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 working days for embroidery or printing. Fast-track options are available for urgent orders.
9. Can you handle orders for multiple sites?
Yes! We can deliver uniforms to multiple locations, keeping each order consistent and on time.
10. Do you offer bulk discounts or bundles?

11. Can you help me decide between embroidery and printing?
Absolutely! Send us your logo and garment requirements, and we’ll recommend the best method for durability, cost, and style.
